LaunchPad

Provide access to DMM tools

Train our digital workforce

LaunchPad is a new software environment that offers free, easy, and secure access to cloud-based tools, helping Airmen and Guardians work smarter and faster. Since its initial rollout in mid-2023, LaunchPad has developed a rapidly growing community and yielded a cost avoidance of over $50 million for the enterprise.

Digital Facilitators Academy

Train our digital workforce

This pioneering program includes interactive workshops, practical exercises, and one-on-one coaching designed to equip Airmen and Guardians with the critical virtual facilitation skills necessary to meet the challenges of the digital era. Elevate your leadership skills by becoming an influential and impactful facilitator.

Digital Agents of Change campaign

Instill a
digital-first culture

This effort provides recognition and learning opportunities for digital doers across the Air Force and Space Force. We want to hear about how you or your colleagues have contributed to the DAF’s digital transformation so we can celebrate your successes, give them increased visibility, and help bring them to scale.

DATF collaboration

Structure and secure our data

Modernize IT infrastructure

To carry out our mission, we’re teaming up with the AFMC Digital Acceleration Task Force (DATF), which focuses on modernizing information technology infrastructure/special access program digital environments, collaborating with industry on DMM solutions, creating a DMM playbook, and securing and structuring data.

DIICE collaboration

Structure and secure our data

Modernize IT infrastructure

We regularly engage with DIICE, an organization aimed at enhancing digital excellence across the AFMC enterprise to build a more digitally capable team of Airmen and Guardians. DIICE’s four main focus areas are educationall excellence, research & technology transfer, consulting, and best practices.

Digital Guide

Train our digital workforce

The Digital Guide was created to serve as one-stop-shop for the latest and greatest guidance on data standards and architecture, digital enterprise processes and resources, training, and DMM industry association consortium. It’s a helpful reference point for Airmen and Guardians who are embracing digital transformation.

Digital Transformation Network

Instill a
digital-first culture

Backed by the DTO, the DTN is a fast-growing community of thousands of forward-thinking Airmen and Guardians who actively champion the advancement of digital transformation. When you sign up to be part of the DTN, you’ll gain access to collaboration opportunities, special events, useful resources, and more.

Digital badging

Instill a
digital-first culture

We’re supporting the rollout of digital badging to be used in lieu of legacy training systems.
